KOMPAS.com – Aston Priority Simatupang Hotel & Conference Center presents Indonesian food with western style in an ala carte menu.
This food menu is served with the theme “Food Explore”, the aim is to introduce the menu a la carte choices at the Aston Priority Simatupang restaurant.
“Food Explore is a form of exploration of selected a la carte menus, with a touch of art in each food served, we hope to provide a good impression and culinary experience for guests,” said the Executive Chef of the ASTON Priority Simatupang Hotel, Saman, in location, Monday (29/1/2024).

Some of the carte menus served include: Tortilla Minang, Tiramisu with ice cream, Fudgy Cookies, Surabi Bandung, Bola-Bola Tape, Pizza Dealova, Beef Burger, Grilled Sirloin Steak, Fried Cassava, and Soto Betawi.
Director of Food and Beverage Aston Priority Simatupang, Herik, said that the introduction of this menu was the second time, after previously introducing a buffet menu.
“In the future, every two months there will be the introduction of a new (dish),” said Herik at the location, Monday (29/1/2024).
Serve Western style Indonesian food
Western style Surabi Bandung, new a la carte menu at the Aston Priority Simatupang Hotel, South Jakarta, Monday (29/1/2024). On the same occasion, Aston Priority Simatupang also introduced the methods used to arrange, decorate and serve food on plates.
The two foods that are the main stars here are Tortilla Minang and Surabi Bandung.
Tortilla Minang is a dish of Padang rice packaged in a tortilla shell. Like Padang rice, the filling wrapped in a tortilla shell consists of white rice, green chilies, beef rendang, cassava vegetables, chili sauce and curry sauce.

Meanwhile, Surabi Bandung is an authentic Bandung surabi dish served with a topping of vanilla crumble, mixed berriesedible flower garnish, cheese and durian.
